What information is contained on this site?

Citi´s Investor Reporting for Structured Finance website contains information on ABS, MBS, CMBS, CDO, TALF, NRSRO Reporting, and Global Trade deals where Citi is either the Trustee or Administrative Agent.

Available information includes deal documentation such as the prospectus, monthly statements, and contact information for the parties to the deal. You can also obtain all factor information by deal.

How do you access deal information?

Deals on the site are aggregated by asset type and by the age of the deal. Specifically, you can see a list of deals added to the website in the last 30 days if you click on the View Recent Deals tab.

To find a list of current deals, click on the appropriate asset type (ABS, MBS, CMBS, CDO, TALF, NRSRO Reporting, and Global Trade) and a list of issuers containing all deals on the website in that asset type will appear.

In addition, to find a list of archived deals, click on the View Archived Deals tab on the left navigation bar and then select the appropriate issuer under the desired asset type.

For deal-specific information in all categories, click on the appropriate issuer and then the desired deal under that issuer.

How can you access a private deal?

Private deal information is restricted to authorized parties. You must apply for access to a private deal. From the deal list, select the private deal you wish to access. Click on Apply for Access to this Deal. You will receive instructions to download, complete and return via fax or email the required exhibit to the administrator whose name is listed under the Contacts tab. Your request will be sent to the deal administrator who will then review it in accordance with the parameters of the deal. You will be contacted by e-mail with the results of your request. The response will be sent to the e-mail you gave us when you registered for the site.

To apply for access, you must be logged in. If you are not registered to use Investor Reporting for Structured Finance, you can register before logging in.

What deal information is available?

For each deal, there are six screens: Documents, Reports, SEC Filings, Contacts, Q&A, and Factor Table.

Documents: Includes the deal documentation, such as the prospectus and the pooling and servicing agreements.

Reports: Includes the periodic (monthly, quarterly, etc.) reports and statements, such as the certificate holders statement, enhanced loan-level data, etc.

SEC Filings: Allows the user of the website to see SEC filings pertaining to the deal.

Contacts: Provides contact information for all the parties associated with a deal such as the issuer, trustee, underwriter and servicer.

Q&A: Allows the user to post a question regarding a deal onto the website. An answer will be provided by the deal administrator within two business days.

Factor Table: A factor table available for each deal allows you to obtain all factor information by deal.

How do you find the contact information for a specific deal?

Regardless of whether the Access Level is marked as Public or Private, you can find the contact details for a specific deal by first clicking on View All Deals. Once you have found the deal you are interested in, click on the Series next to the Issuer. At the top of this screen there will be six gray tabs. Click on the tab marked Contacts and the contacts for the specific deal you selected will be displayed.

How can you access NRSRO Reporting?

To apply for NRSRO Reporting access, you must be logged in. If you are not registered to use NRSRO Reporting for Structured Finance, you must Register before logging in. NRSRO Reporting is restricted to authorized parties. You must apply for access to use NRSRO Reporting. On the left Menu, select NRSRO Reporting. Select the + sign to access NRSRO Reporting and subsequent information. Select the Issuer that you wish to view and access Reports. A pop up screen will appear asking if you wish to receive Access to that Issuer. Select Yes to receive access. Your request will be sent to the NRSRO Reporting deal administrator. You will be contacted by e-mail with the results of your request. The response will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided when you registered on the site.

What is the Disclaimer Process?

After the User is approved and notified for access to NRSRO Reporting, a Disclaimer is displayed when you select an Issuer for the first time in NRSRO Reporting. Since this is the first time you are requesting to access Reports provided by this Issuer, you must first read the Disclaimer and then click on Accept to proceed.

How can you download Reports to your desktop?

Once you are notified by email that you have been approved for access to NRSRO Reporting, log onto the Investor Reporting for Structured Finance website. On the left menu, select NRSRO Reporting. Select the Issuer you wish to view. Select the document that you wish to view or download to your desktop. Users can download Reports individually, or Select the Checkbox next to the Report and select Download. Multiple Report download requests will be zipped prior to downloading.

Why should you register?

Registration gives you the ability to customize the website to meet your needs. Registration allows you to:

  1. Create Deal Portfolios
  2. Create Factor Portfolios
  3. Save Face Values in Bond Calculator
  4. Post questions to the deal administrator
  5. Request access to view private deals

Note: The registration information is solely used for internal Agency and Trust purposes and is not provided to any third parties.

What if you forgot your password?

On the log-in screen, click Reset Password. You will be asked to enter your Login-ID that you created when you registered. Within 10 minutes, your password will be e-mailed to you.

What is My Portfolio?

My Portfolio allows you to customize your own Deal Portfolio and Factor Portfolio.

What is Deal Portfolio?

Deal Portfolio contains three tabs: My Deals, Batch Download, and Email Preferences.

My Deals allows you to add and remove deals toward creating your very own personal portfolio.

Batch Download gives you the ability to select current and prior files to download for all the transactions in your portfolio as displayed under the My Deals tab.

Email Preferences allows you the ability to select any payment reports, files, and notices to be automatically delivered to your registered email address for all future file postings.

How does Deal Portfolio work?

To create a deal portfolio, you must be logged in. If you have not yet created a Login-ID and password, you will be asked to fill out a short registration form at this time. If you are registered but have not logged in, you will be asked to log in at this time.

There are three ways to add deals to your portfolio: 1). from the deal list, 2). from an individual deal screen, and 3). from the My Deals tab within Deal Portfolio.

  1. To add a deal to your portfolio from the deal list, simply check the box for the deal in the Deal Portfolio column on the right and save your changes. Deals already in your portfolio are already marked with a check.
  2. To add a deal to your portfolio from any of the deal-level screens, simply click on the Add To Deal Portfolio button in the top right-hand corner of the Documents, Reports, SEC Filings, Contacts, and Factor Table tabs.
  3. To add a deal to your portfolio from the My Deals tab of Deal Portfolio, simply click the Add Deal(s) button and use the search box to find and select the desired deal.

There are three ways to remove deals to your portfolio: 1). from the deal list, 2). from an individual deal screen, and 3). from the My Deals tab within Deal Portfolio.

  1. To remove a deal from your portfolio, go to the deal list and deselect the deal and save your changes.
  2. To remove a deal to your portfolio from any of the deal-level screens, simply click on the Remove From Deal Portfolio button in the top right-hand corner of the Documents, Reports, SEC Filings, Contacts, and Factor Table tabs.
  3. To remove a deal from your portfolio from the My Deals tab of Deal Portfolio, simply click remove under the Deal Portfolio column.

What is Factor Table?

Within any individual deal screen, you can view all of the factor payment information by clicking on the Factor Table tab. You can view factors from any payment period that has occurred. Any of the CUSIPs found within the Factor Table tab can be added to/removed from your Factor Portfolio by checking/un-checking within the Factor Portfolio column.

Factor Portfolio allows you to obtain all factor information by CUSIP and to create your very own personalized factor list.

How does Factor Portfolio work?

To create a factor portfolio, you must be logged in. If you have not yet created a Login-ID and password, you will be asked to fill out a short registration form at this time. If you are registered but have not logged in, you will be asked to log in at this time.

There are two ways to add CUSIPs to your portfolio:

  1. Click on any deal and go to the Factor Table tab and check the box marked Factor Portfolio.
  2. From within the Factor Portfolio screen, simply clicking the Add CUSIP(s) button and using the search box to find the desired CUSIP. You can select your desired payment period within the Factor Table and Factor Portfolio using the View Factor Table from drop down box.

There are two ways to remove CUSIPs from your portfolio:

  1. Go to the Factor Table of a specific
  2. deal and deselect the check mark under the Factor Portfolio column for any CUSIPs to be removed and

  3. From within the Factor Portfolio screen, simply click remove under the Factor Portfolio column.

What is Bond Calculator?

Bond Calculator provides you a tool to calculate specific interest and principal payment amounts based on your entered face values.

How does Bond Calculator work?

There are two locations within the site in which you can utilize the Bond Calculator:

  1. At the bottom of any Factor Table tab for any deal which has available factor information, click on the Bond Calculator button to reach the screen in which you can enter and save your face values.

  2. From within Factor Portfolio, click on the Bond Calculator button to reach the screen in which you can enter and save your face values.

How can you search for Factor Information?

Go to the search box at the top right of any screen and select Factor Search. Enter the CUSIPs for which you want Factor information and click on the Go button. The CUSIP(s) and its most recent factor(s) will be displayed on the screen. Within this view, you can use the View Factor Table from drop down box to view factors from prior payment dates.

Can you search for deal information using the CUSIP?

Yes. Enter the CUSIP(s) in the search box at the top right and click the magnifying glass in quick search or the Go button in Advanced Search.

How can you get a question answered about a deal?

The Q&A feature in the deal screen allows you to post a deal-specific question to the administrator. Simply enter your questions in the Post your Question space and click Submit. An administrator will provide an answer to your question within two business days.

To use this feature, you must be logged in. If you are not registered, you will be asked to register before you can post a question. Neither your name nor your e-mail address will appear on the website with the associated question.
